How To Help

Volunteer

Powered by Community Volunteers

Community volunteers are the heartbeat of our mission. Their time, energy, and commitment make it possible for our public charity to turn vision into impact.

From organizing events to supporting programs and mentoring athletes, volunteers help every dollar go further and every effort reach deeper. Volunteer service reminds us that philanthropy isn’t just about financial investments — it’s about people helping people to build stronger, more connected communities.

Below you will find a list of volunteer opportunities that are typically available. If you find one of interest, complete the application form below.

Volunteer Opportunities Available

  • Administrative and Organizational Support

Behind the scenes, administrative volunteers keep the organization moving forward. They may help with fundraising campaigns, community sponsorship outreach, social media updates, or office tasks such as registration processing and data entry. These efforts ensure that programs stay organized, funded, and accessible to every participant.

  • Foundation & Development Support

Volunteers who enjoy philanthropy and planning can assist with the organization’s charitable and development work. Opportunities include researching grants, helping prepare funding applications, and supporting donor communications. These roles directly impact the organization’s ability to sustain programs and expand opportunities for young athletes.

  • Events & Game Day Operations

Game days and tournaments depend on volunteers to keep everything running smoothly. Opportunities include helping with field setup and cleanup, managing scoreboards and timing, staffing the concessions stand, or assisting with registration and awards. Volunteers may also greet spectators, direct parking, or support hospitality efforts that create a welcoming environment for families and visiting teams.

  • Coaching & Player Support

Volunteer coaches and team managers play an essential role in helping young athletes grow. Head and assistant coaches lead practices, guide players during games, and encourage teamwork and sportsmanship. Team managers handle communications, schedules, and logistics for families. Volunteers can also assist with skill development clinics or serve as player mentors — helping athletes build confidence both on and off the field.
